The process involves digitising your design, matching the colours and then embroidering your design onto your chosen garments.

Most garments except for stretch materials and extra padded jackets.

Embroidery Advantages
Embroidered design is exceptionally hard wearing compared to other forms of customisation.
Embroidery gives your workwear a professional look, helping to promote your business.
Embroidery is the most cost effective application for logos with lots of different colours.
Recommended for Polo Shirts, Shirts, Blouses, Aprons, Tabards, Jackets and Caps/Hats.
Embroidery Disadavantage
Not suitable on certain garments for large areas or on thinner garments.
HEAT TRANSFER PRINTING
Heat Transfer Printing Process . . .
The heat transfer is applied directly onto the garment.
Heat transfers will not affect the waterproof qualities of the garment.
The transfer is more durable than traditional screen and digital printing.
Suitable for . . .
Heat transfer is suitable for a wide range of garments. It can be used with Cotton, Nylon and Polyester products.
This process is NOT suitable for Fleeces.

Can be washed up to 80ºC (Up to 60ºC inside out for multi colour designs)
Can be dry cleaned
Can be tumble dried

Heat Transfer Print Advantages
Heat transfer is a very cost effective means of customisation.
Heat transfer printed designs are hard wearing.
This process is excellent for less complex designs with only one or two colours.
The heat transfer application is suitable for most garments.
Recommended for design application on high visibility workwear.
Heat Transfer Print Disadavantage
Heat transfer printing is not recommended for complex or multi coloured designs.
DIGITAL PRINTING
The Digital Printing Process . . .
We use our state of the art digital printer in this process, where inks are printed onto a special paper, then transferred under a heat press onto the garment.
Suitable for . . .
Digital printing is suitable for a wide range of garments.
Can be used with Cotton, Polyester/Cotton, Polyester.
This process is NOT suitable for Fleeces or nylon products.
Digital Print Care Information
Up to 30ºC
Can be ironed inside out
DO NOT tumble dry
Digital Print Advantages
Digital printing is cost effective and versatile.
Multi coloured heat transfers are ideal for low volume runs.
Excellent for multi-coloured designs with graduated tints.
Digital Print Disadavantage
Print is liable to fade over time through washing.
