The terms and conditions below applies to the contracts entered into between York Workwear Limited and their customers. These terms and conditions do not in any way affect the statutory rights of the customer.

 

Written Agreement Between Parties

York Workwear agrees to carry out the customer requirements in accordance with their written specifications by telephone, email, fax or via the website.

 

Payment For Goods

Payment for the goods ordered by the customer via the website shall be made when placing the order. Unless otherwise agreed payment for the goods ordered by the customer by means other than via the website is due 30 days from the date of the invoice. If payment has not been made within the 30 days York Workwear reserves the right to charge an interest rate of 2.5% per month on the overdue invoices. The customer will not attain the ownership of the goods supplied by York Workwear until such time as full payment has been made.

 

Changes To The Order

If the customer wishes to change any aspect of the order the request must be given in writing by telephone, email, fax or via the website. Every effort will be made to make the changes to the order in accordance with the written request and York Workwear reserves the right to charge the customer the additional cost of such changes if any are incurred.

 

Returns and Refunds

The acceptance of returns and the offer of refunds are at the entire discretion of York Workwear except in circumstances when the return of the goods is as a result of a failure on the park of York Workwear to supplies the goods in accordance with the order. Please refer to our Returns Policy for full details in respect to the return of goods and associated refunds.

 

Garment/Item Specifications

The colour swatches on the website may not be an exact match to the actual colour of the garment/item although every effort is made to match the colours as closely as possible. The garment size charts on the website are to act as a guide only.

 

Artwork Proof

After receiving the order specifications York Workwear will provide a proof of the artwork design within 3 working days. The processing of the order will commence once the customer has approved the design. In the event the proof is not to your satisfaction please contact us in order that we can discuss the required changes.

 

Pricing and VAT

The prices of the garments/items on the website are exclusive of VAT. All garment/item prices, colours and specification are correct at the present time and are subject to change without notice.VAT is payable on all rateable products, at the current rate.

 

Refusal Of Orders

It is at the complete and sole discretion of York Workwear to refuse orders that they deem offensive or inappropriate. York Workwear will not accept orders that contain copyrighted material.

 

Delivery of Goods

No reponsibility can be accepted by York Workwear for late or non-delivery of goods caused on the part of the courier. In addition no responsibility can be accepted for goods which may be damaged or lost when the customer has agreed with the courier that the goods be left in a non secure location. In the event that the packaging of the delivered goods is damaged then the said package should be checked with the courier and signed for accordingly.
